Each International Real Estate Consultant will have their own, dedicated region.  They will work closely and communicate with their sales manager.  A training program will be recommended.

Each International Real Estate Consultant will work with local affiliates chosen by the Costa Rica Real Estate Expert, though in some cases your input will be required in this matter.

Time Commitment:  This position with Compass Group International and the Costa Rica Real Estate Expert will be a full time one, though you will manage your own hours and work from your home office.

Applicant Requirements

• Experience in the real estate industry (real estate agent/broker, finance professional, real estate investor, etc., for at least one year.
• Passion for travel and/or real estate.
• French speakers a plus, but not required.
• Spanish speakers a plus, but not required.

Job Activities

• Create and follow a marketing plan for your region
• Plan, organize, and conduct informative Costa Rica real estate seminars in your region
• Respond to inquiries
• Assist prospective buyers when making arrangements to visit Costa Rica a tour the properties with Costa Rican colleagues.  You will do this jointly with one of our travel professional affiliates.
• Inform prospective buyers on financing options and provide them with referrals to one of our financing affiliate partners.
• Meet with local real estate offices to create referral relationships with local agents and brokers.
• Your sales manager will provide you with a wealth of marketing materials (slideshow presentations, brochures, flyers, etc.) and strategic direction.

Training:  Your sales manager will design a custom training program for you.
